Instead of 14 day banning or perma banning someone why couldnt riot just have that account muted or chat restricted even if it took 50-100 games or until they show sportsmanship and team work?

As in showing theyre not feeding, or being honored by their teammates? Making the community make them work their way out of the chat restriction.

People pay money for skins? Why bother cutting funding from that person? (OH HE CAN JUST PAY FOR SKINS ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT BLAH BLAH) Seriously would a person pay for more skins on a different account? Not really. ( at least not me)

If this is supposed to be a team game and all about community why cant the person work their way out of a chat restriction ban?

Just my opinion its not about me saying OH IM PERMA BANNED WAH WAH. Im just stating a simple fact if someone is toxic why not make sure they cant do the one thing that causes reports? Their typing privilege? If they cant type. They cant be toxic that simple.

The reason why people wont work their way out of a restriction ban, is because once they get out of it, they'll just start being toxic all over again. Once a toxic player, is always a toxic player, like it or not. You can't change a personality by simply banning them over and over again, that's not how the human brain works.
