Concerned Troll by Draven

I was playing support for Draven, and he is last hitting well, but he keeps pushing against the enemy (thresh/tristana) all the way to their tower, even though we are winning the lane. So, eventually it becomes a pattern, he keeps pushing the lane, all the way to their tower, then gets hooked by thresh at their tower, or ganked by jungle. So he is 0-4 pretty early in the game, and I tell him to stop pushing into tower and pay attention to river.

Then he rages for a second "I'll lose this lane if you keep talking" so then he stopped after, and keeps doing the same thing (this time pretty intentional) keeps dying. Also, they were about to kill our tower, and I got trist really low to 25%, and he doesn't even autoattack her once (full health/mana), and then they turn on me, and he just walks away full health to let me die.

So, its pretty clear now he is trolling, but he keeps typing in chat "I'm not trolling, just having a bad game" or something. Eventually the game ends, and he is like 0-11-1, and just fed the whole game or farmed waves.

So basically he was trying to somehow get me or our team mad, to try to get people on our team banned for telling him to stop feeding/dying. The thing is, Riots banning system is much more likely to ban us, his teammates for telling him to stop feeding or to criticize his gameplay.

He was a smart troll, I just think its disappointing that Riots banning system will favor players like him because he "outsmarted" their system.
