There needs to be a "Refusal to Communicate" report option

It doesn't fall under any category, and is simply too vital to ignore. People can single-handedly lose your team the game by refusing to listen and going through with bad engages, split pushes, starting objectives, roaming etc. etc... Please Rito this offense must be taken more seriously than a comment under "Negative Attitude." It borders more on Intentional Feed, but doesn't quite fit there either.

"Refusal to Communicate" conflicts with the Mute feature and even language barriers. Not talking is not a punishable offense. If someone is purposely feeding that is one thing, but simply not agreeing with your calls and making "bad plays" isn't. It was never punished before they removed the option, so it was pointless to keep.

They removed that from the reports for the same reason they removed "unskilled"- using it didn't actually do anything. It's not against the rules to not communicate with your team. There is not and has never been a punishment for not communicating. In fact, not communicating is directly encouraged by Lyte to prevent toxicity.

Their used to be one I am pretty sure, they took it out because it was too ambiguous. People could have muted toxic players, or they just didnt want to talk. While its one thing for sombody to push all game and ignore any sort of attempt at communication, but its almost impossible to verify reports, beacuse the player could have just muted everyone.

Though I do admit it would be nice to have a way for it to be a real, functional option, but it just dont seem possible. Or at least possible without a TON of effort and resources.
