RIot feedback of really toxic people is directed to forums, but you cannot deal with them on forum

Hello,

Would somebody tell me the logic of Riot directing feedback to Forums where no RIot Develpoer read it. And where you cannot report really toxic behavior, as naming and shaming is not allowed? I know the reason "WE DO NOT CARE! SHUT UP AND 'ENJOY' THE TOXIC GAME AS YOU DESERVE IT OR YOU WOULD NOT BE VICTIM" -attitude. Riot attitude "we will not do anything, thus shut the fuck up! We are fed up people smearing it into our faces that we cannot do anything to stop the toxicity with our current policy and we are too proud to admit we have totally failed.

You can't call people out on the Boards because you could just as easily falsify it.

I could say "I was on EUNE playing with a friend, and we had this Kartagia guy who said 'I love cheeseburgers' then ran it down mid" and there'd be nothing you could do about it. I could even include faked screenshots or video. The result of my claim would be vigilante "justice" against you, with people you never met trolling you because I claim that you troll, or taking more drastic action.

The point: the only thing that would make any difference is the report.

naming and shaming literally does nothing except make you feel good

you either just report them, or if they did it in champ select or something you can submit a ticket as your report with the name + any proof you have
