Can riot tell us why smurfing on ranked games is allowed? It does ruin league and MMR system.

Hello,

I hope Riot devs start to answer to important questions, but I bet they are busy at reworks and punishing supports.

Can Riot give us reason why smurfing is allowed at present while valid matching with higher skilled players is not? This destroys whole MMR system as system assumes the MMR of opponent is his real skill level. Instead you are playing against platinum who intentionally got his mmr down to play easy wins in ranked. That is what I call griefing - playing to enjoy misery you cause.

With current system you have to be platinum to climb out of bronze - literally. As it is quite likely you face enough smurfs on enemy teams to fight really against platinum players. Smurfing is so abundant, and smurfs attacked my last attempt to get Riot answer to this. And taking the personal attack on me, Riot should investigate every forum account attackign me, as they are quite likely enagged in selling of accounts. Riot should start banning sellers of accounts too.

Smurfing is not abundant..... In your past games you've had no apparent smurf signs on the enemy team. I would argue in fact you benefited from the apparent "smurf"on your team several times. But low elo anything can happen, as such I can't say that you in fact saw any smurfs.

Because it's too much work to find every single person who's smurfing, then ban them, especially when the people who define the state of the game (aka challenger players) almost always have two or more smurfs. Also, they've also made it so the matchmaker system pairs smurfs with other smurfs. If you get put against a smurf, then on average you will also have a smurf on your team, so there's no point doing anything when their average effect is 0.

games are balanced to some degree, smurfs don't stay in an elo long enough to impact any individual enough to the point of you're seeing the same smurf 15 games in a row and that is reason why you are losing every game. Again, you've benefit from smurfs just as much as you suffer from them. That is what balance is
