I give up on the "Social" part of League

I love this game. The game. Not the players.

Im only posting this here for Riot, or any other player who is just done trying to "talk" in game. My hope is that if enough upvotes/ same titled posts get made, MAYBE we can create some positive reaction

I'm tilted. I'm not tilted because of my KDA, or losses, or whatever. I'm tilted by how pointless basic human interaction has become in any one game. When I started playing, trolls existed but I still met and played with plenty of people that made those times bearable. I had to learn in the beginning too that you shouldn't be so harsh on the plays of others, especially since we all have room for improvement and cant judge skill off of one game.

There were plenty of tactics you could apply to counter team tilt and increasing clearly visible pings and play signposts used to be relatively effective past lvl 30. I made a lot of friends from enemies and allies alike with friendly banter, encouragement, play calls etc. IT WAS FUN.

I'm sad to say I'm hitting permanent mute now, and will continue to do so until I see improvement not in Riot's infrastructure but in the Community's moral standards. If I could, I'd mute AND report at least one player every other game while in lobby. It used to be you'd type "report x player for this obvious trolling they're doing" and the response from 8 other players would be "ok yeah that sucks sry abt your teammate". NOW you're likely to get berated by enemies and allies alike for saying, well, anything lol I'll prolly get flamed in the comments too So I'm protesting the average league player and the disdain that has been brought to the community. Permanent mute.
