We all have bad games, man. We can't control them. Sometimes the enemy is too good. Sometimes a flaming jerk is distracting us.

I can tell you're frustrated, and you're neither the first nor the last to feel that way.
However, you have to understand that in the eyes of faker-tier players, you're not much different from those bad players you speak of. I believe you'd agree, reluctant or not, that this makes no sense if they tell you to stay out of ranked because you're not as good as they are.
You refer to those who have no idea what they're doing in this game, but as long as they're playing with those who also have no idea what they're doing, then there shouldn't be a problem. What you're encountering is riot's matchmaker doing its job and matching you with ppl who shouldn't play with/against you.

Baddies should be banned imo.
Dont listen this player.. go ranked and learn from your mistakes some times you lose some you win some times you carried from better players and later maybe you carry some other new player.... Jump in the ranked arena and feel the fun of game dont let those elitist to set you on a role.. you choose your destiny you choose your role ignore them all and follow the light !
