I give up... I really don't know where the f@ck to post this... the mods working right now need to be fired. This is just a blatant failure on their part....

So for the 10th time today because I'm just insane for wanting to get some f@cking help to a technical problem...

Here's what's occurred ON THE BOARDS, so I don't know why it wouldn't be board feedback and why it's player behavior or what and why it wasn't help and support... no effing clue.... JUST NEED SOME HELP HERE:

I posted something in Help and Support. Because I need HELP AND SUPPORT for a bug that's causing the client to crash when logged in through a patch release. If the client doesn't crash, it wreaks havoc with matchmaking and MMR (unfortunately not in my favor, was fun having plats destroy my bronze team mates). If that doesn't happen it at minimum affects the stability of my game or will actually NOT allow me into the game AT LOADING, require me to restart, download and install the patch, then penalizes me the lp.

I suggested, SO I COULD MANUALLY FIX IT CAUSE IT'S HAPPENED EVERY PATCH, that RIOT give US ALL the basic decency of sending a global pop up (like with worlds) to explain the new patch is live and we should restart the client.

I posted this in HELP AND SUPPORT... because I was HOPING they'd help me. Somehow... Some way.

They didn't, they removed my post, twice, even after i rephrased asking for help. Then told me it was irrelevant to their board. It wasn't. I then sought other boards, including the one's they suggested i go to... And got this response...

Who is moderating right now? Who's terrible decisions am I to blame this frustration on? My solution... Fire them immediately. It's completely apparent they have no desire to help people with technical problems or provide any more customer service than a sign that says "F@CK YOU". If that's the message you want me to receive... don't worry. I got it.

At minimum my other account should be reinstated immediately and someone needs to specifically tell me where the F@CK to post my post....

Hey there,

Here's the breakdown about why your initial posts were removed, why your follow-up posts were removed and your account suspended, and why the first two posts on this account were removed but this one was left alone.

First off, your initial post in Help & Support wasn't asking for any technical assistance with your account or the client. You were suggesting that Riot add a global announcement to the client to let people know when a patch happens. That is a Client suggestion and as such it was removed and redirected to Concepts & Creations which is the board where you can post your suggestions to Riot. You then posted the same post again in Help & Support and had it removed and redirected with the same messaging to Concepts & Creations because again you stated you need this feature added to the game.

To be very clear, all feature requests for the client should be posted in Concepts & Creations.

Next, you then proceeded to copy/paste your post into 6 different boards as well as Concepts & Creations. This is the very definition of spamming on the Boards so all but the post in the correct location was removed. The first few posts were removed with warnings sent to your account and when you kept posting we upgraded that to a suspension since you weren't listening and were still spamming the Boards.

Finally, you logged into this account and posted something akin to this discussion in Boards Feedback. Boards Feedback is for suggesting new features for the Boards and letting Riot know of any technical issues with the Boards. Your posts did not fall into that category so they were removed and redirected here to Player Behavior & Moderation. The Moderation in the title of this board directly references Boards Moderation; it's the Player Behavior part that references in-game issues.

Going forward, please pay attention to the posting guidelines for each boards section found in the left sidebar and if a post is removed and redirected by a Moderator, please read the Notification you receive and post in the recommended section.

I didn't post an identical post. It was similar, but asked for help. Help I haven't yet received. I haven't a clue why my client crashed, if it's continually experiencing issues or what else to do. I thought the post in and of itself was helpful and should be the kind of support we get from RIOT. Players get tons of those little pop ups we close out in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. A pop up that states "A New Patch is available, We recommend Restarting." Isn't just a matter of "concept" or my "creation" but would help people experiencing this issue (Possibly not because I haven't gotten any real help other than "try the repair tool" from one other player who was nice enough to figure out my frustration was simply a matter of not getting help.). Now on to that. I think it's a failure of your Help & Support mods to not look at my post and my repeat post to question it beyond the obvious. There was enough to see there might be a technical issue and perhaps they should ask the question. But they didn't. They didn't even ask it through the deletion pop ups or explain why it should be moved. There are millions of posts here and dozens of guidelines, each board seems to have one. I'm sorry if I'm too lazy to go through all that. But I figured needing help about a client crash and instability would be well started in help and support and I realized I should have been more clear in the problem I was having.

Secondly, I did post in other places out of frustration. Maybe that required a suspension but I think it was unwarranted and suggests a lack of compassion, understanding and willingness to help. I'm sure you have to deal with a lot of spammers but judge me as I am. It didn't seem to warrant anything from the first sidebar that just removed the posts, possibly only suspended because I didn't read the pop up until after posting the last post.

Maybe all that's irrelevant to you but let me say this...

I think you're taking the wrong tone. I appreciate that you're defending your staff but that's a consequence of my tone and frustration. If I'm your customer; you failed me. If I needed support; you failed me. If there's a bug that needs to be solved because of this; your team failed the community.

They told you when they deleted your first 2 Topics in Help & Support **BOTH **times that you have to post it in Concepts & Creations. And you just spammed in 6 random boards.

This has nothing to do with "I didn't know and was frustrated" this has sth to do with "I was way too lazy to read and I didn't give a fk."

Your technical error is one that can easily be fixed on your end by being aware of when patches are being released. Riot's busy on other more important things than to fix a small, easily avoidable crash.

You don't have to censor fuck.

A client bug has no way of ever affecting your mmr and matchmaking, the client is on your computer and matchmaking is on theirs.

If you are having problems with crashes, post in Help and Support (probably not right now since you are on the radar for hot posting) with a calm explanation of step by step what happens and screenshots. You can also try to use the in client hextech patch, which is a fancy name for the "try to fix me" button. Its up in the corner when you log in.

There is not one single person who moderates boards, and since your post had aspects from Help and Support (client bugs) and Player Behaviour and Moderation (complaints about matchmaking, which are common here), there is miscommunication. A misunderstanding for one of hundreds of posts a day from people is no reason to fire someone.

Posting restrictions aren't serious, it won't last long.

I did... and it got removed. Twice. I went to the board they suggested, it got removed...

I'm sure the post probably belongs in every board. But being removed and suspended because I tried to do just that? I still don't have help for this issue. And, although I'm not very technical, I assure you my games are affected by this problem. I specifically see huge differences after a restart.

It's not the miscommunication I have an issue with here. It's the complete lack of compassion and understanding (or apparently reading skills). If I'm getting bounced around from one to the other and THEY caused the problem then it's still their fault. Yes, I'd fire them.

Break the post into different topics, posting the same mega post in many threads will be considered spam.

And I don't mean to sound rude, but there is no possible way technologically that a client issue would alter Riot's private server system. Your matchmaking is not affected. I've played people multiple ranks above and below me for 2 years, its normal.

I have better things to do than worry about when a patch hits? Also... why does it create problems with my client... why does it crash... why don't i get help? how is this not a bug report?

Have you tried the repair button in the help section when you first start up the client? No client bug is going to affect your matchmaking, but it looks like each patch is just not downloading correctly for whatever reason. It could be your firewall blocking some parts of the patches, I can't say for sure, but if repairing doesn't help I would try just reinstalling league. if that doesn't help I would open a support ticket explaining the problem because the people who answer those are more capable of helping than any forum moderator.

Yeah, on the page where it says Launch at the top there is a "?" button on the top right hand corner. Click on that and click the "repair" option that pops up. There's also a player support button there if you end up needing to send in a support ticket.
