I give up... I really don't know where the f@ck to post this... the mods working right now need to be fired. This is just a blatant failure on their part....

So for the 10th time today because I'm just insane for wanting to get some f@cking help to a technical problem...

Here's what's occurred ON THE BOARDS, so I don't know why it wouldn't be board feedback and why it's player behavior or what and why it wasn't help and support... no effing clue.... JUST NEED SOME HELP HERE:

I posted something in Help and Support. Because I need HELP AND SUPPORT for a bug that's causing the client to crash when logged in through a patch release. If the client doesn't crash, it wreaks havoc with matchmaking and MMR (unfortunately not in my favor, was fun having plats destroy my bronze team mates). If that doesn't happen it at minimum affects the stability of my game or will actually NOT allow me into the game AT LOADING, require me to restart, download and install the patch, then penalizes me the lp.

I suggested, SO I COULD MANUALLY FIX IT CAUSE IT'S HAPPENED EVERY PATCH, that RIOT give US ALL the basic decency of sending a global pop up (like with worlds) to explain the new patch is live and we should restart the client.

I posted this in HELP AND SUPPORT... because I was HOPING they'd help me. Somehow... Some way.

They didn't, they removed my post, twice, even after i rephrased asking for help. Then told me it was irrelevant to their board. It wasn't. I then sought other boards, including the one's they suggested i go to... And got this response...

I'm suspended for one day from the forums cause I've been spamming posts. Well no shit... I tried every board getting bounced around... what the hell?

Who is moderating right now? Who's terrible decisions am I to blame this frustration on? My solution... Fire them immediately. It's completely apparent they have no desire to help people with technical problems or provide any more customer service than a sign that says "F@CK YOU". If that's the message you want me to receive... don't worry. I got it.

At minimum my other account should be reinstated immediately and someone needs to specifically tell me where the F@CK to post my post....

I DARE THE RED THAT REMOVED THESE TO HAVE THE BALLS TO RESPOND TO THIS...

Hey there,

Here's the breakdown about why your initial posts were removed, why your follow-up posts were removed and your account suspended, and why the first two posts on this account were removed but this one was left alone.

First off, your initial post in Help & Support wasn't asking for any technical assistance with your account or the client. You were suggesting that Riot add a global announcement to the client to let people know when a patch happens. That is a Client suggestion and as such it was removed and redirected to Concepts & Creations which is the board where you can post your suggestions to Riot. You then posted the same post again in Help & Support and had it removed and redirected with the same messaging to Concepts & Creations because again you stated you need this feature added to the game.

To be very clear, all feature requests for the client should be posted in Concepts & Creations.

Next, you then proceeded to copy/paste your post into 6 different boards as well as Concepts & Creations. This is the very definition of spamming on the Boards so all but the post in the correct location was removed. The first few posts were removed with warnings sent to your account and when you kept posting we upgraded that to a suspension since you weren't listening and were still spamming the Boards.

Finally, you logged into this account and posted something akin to this discussion in Boards Feedback. Boards Feedback is for suggesting new features for the Boards and letting Riot know of any technical issues with the Boards. Your posts did not fall into that category so they were removed and redirected here to Player Behavior & Moderation. The Moderation in the title of this board directly references Boards Moderation; it's the Player Behavior part that references in-game issues.

Going forward, please pay attention to the posting guidelines for each boards section found in the left sidebar and if a post is removed and redirected by a Moderator, please read the Notification you receive and post in the recommended section.

You don't have to censor fuck.

A client bug has no way of ever affecting your mmr and matchmaking, the client is on your computer and matchmaking is on theirs.

If you are having problems with crashes, post in Help and Support (probably not right now since you are on the radar for hot posting) with a calm explanation of step by step what happens and screenshots. You can also try to use the in client hextech patch, which is a fancy name for the "try to fix me" button. Its up in the corner when you log in.

There is not one single person who moderates boards, and since your post had aspects from Help and Support (client bugs) and Player Behaviour and Moderation (complaints about matchmaking, which are common here), there is miscommunication. A misunderstanding for one of hundreds of posts a day from people is no reason to fire someone.

Posting restrictions aren't serious, it won't last long.
