Just got chat banned for literally doing nothing to my teammates but complaining about the quality of the game and how boring it was for me since we were quite honestly being slaughtered like bots.

Ppl didn't like that and Riot just pulled the old "All negativity is bannable." trick despite that meaning that people who suck should be banned aswell.

Can't be frustrated it seems or you get banned.

It was not just telling your team to shut up. It was calling them fucktards, accusing teammates of feeding, consistent arguing, and consistent complaining. There is very little information here that's useful.

If you have nothing useful to say, say nothing at all. I see guys like you all the time. Every time something goes remotely wrong you have to write out an essay to your team even though they're in the same game you are and are experiencing the same problems.

You spend the vast majority of the game complaining and name-calling your teammates. In fact barely anything in it is helpful or constructive to the game as a whole. That's not to say that you didn't have some decent comments, but just that they are overshadowed by your negative comments which makes up about 90% or so of the logs.

Everyone gets frustrated from time to time, but taking it out on your teammates changes nothing and only lessens your teams chances of winning/staging a comeback. If you must rage then do it at the screen instead of in the chat. This way you can vent out your frustrations without compromising the state and morale of the team. Also, if someone refuses to stop acting up then just mute, report and move on rather than add onto the negativity.

Overall the punishment is deserved, and hopefully you can use this time to cool off and think about what you value more: your account or raging at teammates who mess and/or act up.

You can be punished for negativity and you're sounding quite negative. But hey the game is boring and meaningless to you so why do you care so much? :^)
