Discussion on bannable offenses (My support alone made me want to quit league)

Just got out of game as bot lane twitch vs lucain pyke. My support locked in teemo with ignite, I didn't say anything to him, I believe people should be able to play what they think is strong or fun or what they are good at. But then he goes mid and sits in mid lane with his duo partner in stealth not moving for the first 5 levels of the game. they cheese the enemy mid and it fails (they trade 1 for 1) then the teemo runs to lane with our singed. All the while I am surviving 1v2 as twitch having not typed anything. It was going relatively well, a couple people failed ganks on my lane and ended up dying for it which was frustrating but I refrained from saying anything. Just wanted to survive lane and get to late game where I might be able to an impact even if slightly behind. Then the teemo finally came back bot and I thought we might have a chance of turning our lane around since he had a bit of dmg from the gold he got from his cheeses and solo lane farm when his mid died. But he immediately started fighting me for my cs and cannons. At this point i was starting to lose my cool. I felt like I had put up with a lot from this specific player as his decisions have made the game not only harder, but not fun, and now with him taking my cs nearly unplayable. So i told him if he keeps taking my cs "im out" he did and so i left lane and went to try and roam around the map with my stealth, which was pretty inneffiective since i was only a 60 cs twitch who opted into lifesteal instead of meaningful dmg in order to survive the 1v2 lane. At this point my teemo "support" starts flaming me along with his presumably duo mid saying how they cant carry this "troll twitch" At this point they are basically rage baiting me which worked since i typed at them saying all of what i pretty much just said in this post. Then my jg said he wanted to open and i said the same, top was down too just afk spliting top. so thats what we did we just chilled till the enemy team finally ended the game.

The point of my story is this though: I talked with my friends after and they said, its unfortunate that the teemo probably wont get banned, but its more likely that me the twitch would get banned for either afking or verbal abuse, this would really kill me since i have been trying so hard to be a friendlier player lately because I want to play clash with my friends and just recently hit check point 2 of 3 for honor level 2.

If it is true that this teemo player wouldnt get banned but I do i am going to be more disappointed in league than I have ever been.

I mean, he didn't do anything wrong gameplay wise. So if he was verbally abusive, and you reported; he might get a punishment.

When someone trolls you, and it doesn't seem to exactly fit any of the report options, pick the closest matching option, and write a good long comment explaining what they did wrong. This gives them some context for the report. While picking off champs and not following the meta isn't against the rules, you could argue the point that Teemo was ruining your enjoyment of the game by intentionally ruining your lane, which is an offense.

Trolling is for the most part unpunishable. Riot doesn't care if your support steals your minions. If you flame him though you will likely get a punishment
