Pretty self-explanatory. Her minigun sounds precisely like the normal skin, does not have the popping noises like she's supposed to.
I can't be sure yet if it applies to everyone, or if the problem is specific to me. I've tried a few custom games, and have not yet had the updated minigun sounds.
I believe they said that there was a problem with it not having the sound effect, and it would be in the next patch. I don't know for sure, but I think that's the case.

Had anyone been experiencing the problem with Firecracker Jinx's E? It seems to me that her E animation is longer and actually makes her E go slower, or I just had people moving directly past them if they are fast enough even though the chumping animation already started. Not sure if I am the only one with this problem.
I think that Riot removed the sound effects because it was just too annoying. The same popopopop sound over and over was apparently too obnoxious so I heard that they removed it
