I like to play the game, players just need to be dealt with these days. Trolling is now a slap on the wrist to people and they do it without consideration. I don't like using the word trolling but that's pretty much the only suitable word for someone forcing a team to lose a game.
There never was a 3 strike rule for trolling. If they found you guilty of trolling, they'll punish you with a 14-day ban.
That aside, trolling is largely a manually reviewed function right now, as the automated system can't pick it up. The manual review team is severely backed up and I can take 2 weeks -1 month to get to a case.
