Singed Support Suspended

This is highly despicable. This is so far away from how Riot should handle this situation that it makes me sick. If you ban a player for playing non-meta then you are basically saying that nobody should try anything new ever again for fear of being punished. Why should players even be able to report somebody for playing something non-meta if it is truly not troll. (This singed main clearly isn't trolling, he has a stated strategy that works and is proven by his win rate). Why? He doesn't negatively effect his teammates.... the only one effected is his adc, and only for a very very short time, in which he sets the enemy jungler behind protecting his laners from early ganks. I think its time for an updated TOS, its time to put into print that picking non-meta is bannable, so that we all know.
