Two simple idea to help stop leavers

When new a champion(s) come out there is a HUGE spike in trolls and leavers all because some one bans a champion or picks them before some one else

1: add a "role" title on your champion to be seen after game (if you trade a champion with some one a option could be made to switch roles as well so there is no confusion for the later part) this way if some one grabs smite and decides to troll in the jungle when they are not assigned jungle it will be easier to see they are in fact trolling

2: make the leaver timer longer for the week of release of new champions. that should help drop the number of people who dodge just because -5 mins is less then 20 plus mins of not playing my champion"
