Discussion Between Myself and Support Over a Permanent Ban

Their comments are quoted, mine are not. People will disagree with me, but if Riot is going to be banning people's accounts and effectively blocking their use of products they've purchased, then the tribunal system needs have a more reliable, less subjective method of differentiating between what is and isn't considered toxic, because at this point I'm unsure of how to even participate in chat unless all my comments are strictly positive and non critical.
I know it's frustrating, but yelling at your team and being super negative in chat wasn't the right way to handle the situation.
I guess I'm confused as to how Riot as a company justify's permanently banning people's accounts and taking their money based off subjectives measures such as "being super negative in chat". Because as far as I know, so long as you aren't cursing at, flaming, or harassing a teammate then vocalizing your frustration is completely acceptable.

Further, how can you accuse me of "yelling at my teammates" when there's no evidence to support the assertion? I never typed in caps or even finished a sentence with an exclamation point.
After reviewing the chat log, this suspension will not be reduced or modified. The kind of behavior is not okay as it ruins the experience for others. It is not okay to demoralize others, blame others, argue with others and behave in a negative manner.
How can I be confident you reviewed the chat log thoroughly enough to come to this determination? Because I'm about 99% certain that if not for me asking "am I still a piece of shit?" the automated tribunal wouldn't have even picked my log up. So, what type of behavior are you referring to? Disagreeing or being frustrated with teammates, banter between opponents, vocalizing that I'm not grouping at 15 minutes to help them group fight in the JG, asking if I'm still an asshole after making a good play?

I've read the code of conduct as well as the summoners code and the above chat log does not fit the criteria of someone flaming, trolling, harassing, stalking, or threatening other users. I'm not even sure what I wrote that violated the terms of service or how I allegedly ruined the experience of others? Or are you telling me there's no room for frustration(offensive or not) in a competitive context? Because I seriously do not understand how taking my money and forcing me me start from scratch based off the above makes the experience better for anyone other than Riot.
I understand they were negative but the manner in which you responded wasn't very helpful and was only making things worse. Chat isn't there so you can be negative towards others. It's there so you can communicate with your team on strategies to help your team win.
How exactly did I respond? Please, post and review the log here, because it will reflect that I shorty disconnected out of frustration before relogging and disengaging from chat until the later stages of the match. My first comments were of me asking my JG to stop farming my lane. Next, myself and Karma had a disagreement over a play, we spoke about it shortly, and then dropped it. Later our Kayn jumped on my case in chat and I responded. No cursing, no insults, no flame, just a reply that he wasn't playing well enough to bash others, and that was pretty much the gist of my participation in chat.

I'm completely fine with starting anew, but if you're going to ban my primary account and take my money as you have than there has to be some form of justification other than arbitrarily writing off my chat log as "super negative". It doesn't get any more subjective, frankly, and if the option is available to me I would like to have my case further reviewed by either a supervisor or an additional party.

Yeah. That's kinda the idea. Maybe stop being negative and critical of strangers on the internet, and just play the game?

Use chat for important game-related information. Not for being a dick to strangers.

You crying and whining all game long created a very negative gaming experience for your teammates. You've had prior punishment so this get escalated to a very deserved perma ban.

I don't understand why is the concept of escalating punishment so hard for you to understand. If CR and 14-day are the ONLY penalty, people will not fear punishment and will not change or move on to other games. Take a look at LeaveBuster, 20 minutes LPQ is the highest punishment (and very rarely manual reviews) and people do not care much about going AFK in games.

Do you like people to cry and whine and basically throw a tantrum in any of your games? Grow up, create a new account or move on to other games.

From what I understand perma bans are not applied from just 1 game. You must have been toxic before, collected a lot of flags and this game was just a nail to the coffin. Obviously in this game you were toxic and "im done wont be helping team ff at 20" is kinda different from "vocalizing that I'm not grouping at 15 minutes to help them group fight in the JG" lmao. If you got permabanned after JUST this one game that would be absolutely ridiculous, I've seen people acting so much worse and not getting a punishment, at least not permanent. Also you did get a 2 week ban before, right?

This thread is evidence of the lack of perspective this country has. Hypersensitivity has created a climate where the slightest frustration is perceived as toxic, and therefore eligible for punishment to the extent of stealing hundreds of dollars from people for actions that would not so much as get you sanctioned in most other arenas. The saddest part of all is pretending this system is effective, when all I have to do is create a new account if I wish to continue playing.

It's thievery and exploitation under the guise of fighting against subjective measures of "toxicity".
