In-Game Flag/Report Button

I think we could all agree we really, really dislike toxic players and trolls. Say somebody throws out a racial slur, hold tab and hit a button located somewhere around there name. At the end of the match, in post-lobby, a report will pop up and ask you to describe the offense.

What this could help do is isolate when the offense took place, because you could easily flag when it happened in game. This could also help with feeders. Each time you see something intentional throughout the match, such as repeatedly running into mid tower, or saying they were going to feed all game, simply flag it. This would help the automated system locate offenses much more easily, or even a RED if need be. Multiple flags in a match can usually mean something more serious, but can also weed out those fake reports from the true toxic player. Instead of the system skimming through trying to analyze each part of the game, it could simply jump to around the time it was flagged, cutting time out and streamlining the process.
