How does riot decide if a player is A lucky B skillful or c cheating
Sometimes I land a lucky skills shot with lee sin with no vision and fear I will be banned for hacking, should I act like this?

Pretty sure the play patterns of scripters look much different than people that are good, or even just lucky. No reason to be nervous about sniping that kill with the blind Jinx ult. Or Lee Q, in your case.
