@ SOMEONE AT RIOT PLEASE HELP !!! JUST NEED SOME INFORMATION !!!

Hello Legendary,

It looks like you’ve recently been punished for behavioral issues. Players who’ve been punished will no longer earn Hextech Chests through achieving an S rank on the Rift, nor will they earn key fragments after matchmade victories. This restriction will be lifted after your punishment ends and you’ve shown clear improvement. Because it’s based on your personal behavior, there’s no set date or time when this will happen.

Avatar LEGENDARY UCHIHA Today at 17:15 Okay ??? ummm wth ??? when was I last punished and when does it lift ? how is it your saying you do not know when it will happen ??? so I am supposed to continue supporting your game blindly while getting nothing and hoping RANDOMLY that it will begin giving me the chests ... I do not think that should be the case at all and sounds really stupid. Considering I have not even played a damn game in the last 2-3 months. Whatever I had against me should have been completed by now. So I am requesting more information than it will just randomly happen.

I give you permission or whatever to talk about the status of my account here or whatever is needed to get more context rather than this will just randomly happen .... when was this restriction started ? when will this restriction end ? why was I punished despite not playing the game for 3 months ? Should I just quit your game entirely ? The last thing I remember is a 10 game chat restriction ... and even that restriction was questionable but IDC really about that I just want to know when it will be lifted mainly. Cause if it is not for a long time then I will have to just quit your game entirely. And you can take your game and your bs and your hextech crafting etc and shove it. Tired of you, the workers at riot, the company itself. the way it handles toxicity, the way it DOESN'T handle trolling, Among many other things so at this point ya I would gladly just hang it up .... I don't give you money anyhow "I learned that lesson a long time ago" so its not like I support your company much monetarily. All the skins I have are mainly from gifts and me winning tournaments and gaining RP for free. So I really have no issue with quitting if this is going to be a major issue. I just wanted to come back after 2-3 months and have some fun with your game ... despite the MASSIVE amount of trolls that seemingly never end and you seemingly never deal with. I really did give it a shot to come back and be "tolerable" but now I cant even unlock chests ? then I guess I cant even play your game. [slayer-jinx-catface]

If you only want to play the game because you think you're going to get something from it, yeah, I'd go ahead and quit. If you enjoy the game, and play it because you have a good time, and actually like playing the game, I'd say keep playing.

The point of having no set date is so you strive to be good in ALL your games. The tribunal system works through punishment and self assessment. You have to EARN the respect you think you deserve. If you're really willing to give the game one more tolerable shot, then do it. Hextech crafting is 100% reward; there is no buying into it if you don't want to, League is for the game, not the skins, so play and enjoy and before you know it, you'll start having fun again.
