People Aren't Trying In Games?

So recently, I've seen a lot of things that seem to re-occur in my ranked flex games. That is, of course, trolling. Now in every game, there are trolls. Any online video game has them. But what irritates me is when people believe they are justified in trolling. I'm of course talking, about people who go Dr. Mundo ADC and Miss Fortune support and when questioned, simply respond with, "It's just ranked flex" or "It doesn't matter cause it's ranked flex." I understand that it doesn't matter, but I don't wish to waste 20 minutes playing a non-winnable game. I simply cannot understand the reasoning behind this.

At no point does any Ranked game 'not matter'; that's what Normals are for....

I think this game is just full of trolls now. With the likely decrease in player base the trolls show more then ever but Riot blanket protects them because they continue to play game everyday unlike most that are just leaving due to the shit hole state of this pathetic game.

Riot, Please make something about these trollers. Every second game i have troller in my team and now two times in a row i have trollers in my series. If they ban their champion they are starting to troll. If they pick their champion they are starting to troll. If you give them an advice for something, they are starting to troll.

Playing a champ in an offposition isn't trolling, that's playing off-meta. Some of it's just dumb and doesn't work, other things do work.

as for flex, i'm gonna quote imaqtpie: "it's ranked normals" there's less pressure than ranked solo/duo as that's what most ppl care about. But hey report me for stomping my enemy laner as bard top, cuz that's not where he's "supposed to go" right?

There's nothing wrong with picking off-meta, even in ranked. I'd wager these players just want to see how high they can rank with their crazy picks, and flex is the queue that appeals most to them.

Statistically there should be more of them on the enemy team than yours... so...

Unfortunately the fact that it is "flex ranked" is the reason. In all honesty from my experience and from friends as well solo/duo has more serious people and ranked flex has more trolls almost every game. No one should troll in any type of queue but people do and in ranked "flex" is the troll queue sadly. I play with multiple different friends and when we play flex they play weird stuff like Twisted Fate ADC or taric top, and they say who cares it is flex... that is what I mean. For some reason people look at flex as the troll do whatever you want queue.

In all of my games, my teammates will basically try to lose on purpose, and when I ask them to stop trolling and try to win, they respond with "but it's just norms" and report me for being toxic. So basically the best thing is to not try to win. In fact, I think winning games might be against the summoner's code. Just do random troll things every game and never type a word.
