I was 14-day banned in September for chat I don't really think deserves a punishment, and since then I haven't really used chat that much (I do occasionally), but I'm kind of paranoid about just up and being banned for nothing again, this time being permanent though.
I just wanna know if my account's standing is improving at all, since I still have honor 0 a few months later, or if I'm on the cusp of being banned. : /
Probably still on the cusp. It takes a WHILE.
That said, it's not hard to just avoid flaming people. If you keep your chat for strategy and positivity exclusively, you'll never get punished.

im in the same boat as well. i got a 14 day AFK ban because i was baited into saying the wrong thing. it takes alot of games and just months and months of constant playing. if you felt like you have played enough games go ahead a contact riot support and they should tell you. mind you this was a year after my game and im still on that status. then again i dont play on this account anymore
