I think there needs to be more severe and swift punishments for inting in ranked

I just had a game where as soon as we loaded in the jungler said "you should have dodged" then proceeded to run it down mid TWICE and get fizz fed. Then proceeded to run around the map feeding all the other lanes. He started promoting some account buying site or something in all chat and saying he doesnt care since he bought the account. Its already too late for me. He obviously tanked my ranked game but this kind of thing shouldnt be allowed to continue with just a tap on the wrist. He shouldnt be allowed to go through a 5-6 game feeding frenzy before he gets a 30 day ban or something. Being toxic in chat and tilting your team is pretty bad but at least people can mute you. There needs to be more severe punishments for inting in a ranked game like "season long ranked lockout" severe. Maybe im alone in thinking there is too much lenience but these types of people who go in just to ruin a game and waste 30-40 mins of everyones time are the scum of the earth.
