Toxic behavior suggestion

When a player is punished for having toxic behaviors, remove his ability to talk in ALL CHAT (or see it) for the duration of his punishment.

If it's a BAN, then do the same but after his ban (if he was banned 7 days, ban him from using ALL CHAT for 7 days after his ban is lifted)

I'm tired of having toxic people harassing the other team, it's tilting, and nobody needs that in their game.

Just flat account bans isn't so bad after these chat bans. Then again, Riot needs to actually punish these people in the first place.

You can't use free rotation champs in ranked and no one who's trolling is gonna keep buying the same champs over and over for each new account they need to make to keep up their toxic hobby so at least Ranked will get smoothed over.

And if they DO keep buying RP for champs then Riot gets more cashflow.
