EUNE SUPPORT STAFF
I been choosing to write here as there is something that dosn't seems to be okey , full automatly messages , not even care to read and answer with what people looking for when contacting support , most of time is like this ,recently i started a ticket to ask about my permanent punishment who seems to be submited for a small amount of lines where i could be considered toxic throught some threats against a grief/troller ,stating that i will make him ticket on support ... .
I play this game from 2010 as this account is that old created , ranked from Season 3 , my past behaviour got highly improved as following , from not taking anymore of anyone who play really bad on eune server ,likele 0/16/5 scores of yasuo who not even got banned 14 days ... , and that happen just 8 days ago while i played my old main account which is lv 97 , this current one .
I don't want to keep you busy or something , but i request throught support an analys of my chat logs , they haven't procced to help me figure out what was toxic in my chat log lines and what wasn't considered toxic ... , so now i have no ideea for how much toxicity they ban me , so in consequence i can't defend myself against the punishment.
I been staying 3 months clear without any behaviour problems after the 14 days ban , no criticism , no taking of anyone ,ignoring most people , then the end of season came and there were hundreds of cases of toxicity among the EUNE servers due to no ranked rewards for toxic people , several people flame ,troll ,go afk,played extremly bad to get others angry and make them get banned too ,okey okey , that's not an excuse i want to use because i no need it .
So as i play from 2010 , i have several seasons i played on multiple accounts , where i touch gold ,platinum level after a time constantly , i have huge experience ,watch pro players experience gameplay into something i want to try out and play , so i can be at least close to them skill , several points of skill i have in everything i do , as i am main adc , when i play support i know to use wards to trade with enemy damage.. , to use pink wards ,build adapt etc... .So as i have high knowdledge i been using to criticism and comment about others builds and gameplay in past ,since the 14 days ban i completly stop ,not such an easy thing to do but i succed , i touch honor lv 1 after 3 months.
After i touch honor lv 1 i got permanent banned for the current last chat logs which is kinda not equal to the toxic behaviour i showed in past ,is even less toxic behaviour than i ever used , but that's the thingh , the permanent ban is applied from everything , and in this case the chat logs somehow show it , because " no support " can be really easy considered neutre as my support stayed mid and roam all the game and took of my deaths.. , the rest i could be considered toxic is the fact i stated my action once that i will submit some guy ticket on support , it was backpsihology to estomp his grief/troll behaviour , even if is not one of my business to do that , is not a common behaviour i use , and is like first time i could ever get banned from such a thingh , i haven't pushed to be offensive and neither spam anything into chat about that guy , is just what it is there in the pastebin.
The funny thingh is that i tryed several times to get my chat logs explained and no one haven't helped me with , the support banned me on another account which have no account restrictions, on support line assistance .. , is like i talked from an account have no restrictions at all on board ,in-game etc.. , no restrictions and they ban it on support because i reply back to a ticket ;)) of them insisting to get my answer ,explain really much the fact they keeped to sustain that they offered me all the answers i need and all my tickets will get automatly closed ,they even warn me that they will ban me on support if i insist and they did.
P.S: Account support?? , why they would ban someone on support for asking info about a punishment ? , no further assistance in case my game dosn't run , i have event questions , or i need to submit a report as my end of game screen log didn't appear or got skipped.
