Was given a chat restriction for Offensive language, which I thought was funny as I never personally attacked anyone, apparently it was my negative attitude. When asked why I wasn't being penalized for my negative attitude this was the official response.

Edit: Agent explains that in essence, though Verbal abuse, Offensive Language, and Negative attitude are seperate subcategories when filing a report, they all have the same criteria and punishment, which will be listed under "offensive language" on the in game client.

So, your punishment was valid (you admit it) but you’re concerned the message is incorrect?

It seems obvious to me that “offensive language” or “offensive chat” can include all the things that the support agent mentioned. It is as in the real life legal system - many crimes are not explicitly defined with their own names in the laws, but are instead incorporated as part of other laws/crimes.

I have no idea what point you're trying to make. Instead of this pointless back-and-forth, why not just post your chat logs and we'll tell you exactly what went wrong?

Riot doesn't need a reason.
