How do I report an account dedicated to deranking?

Last game, I encountered a Lux player who was Diamond 5 in Solo/Duo and repeatedly told us he was "heading for Bronze 5 in Flex". Following that, he fed first blood and went 2/13, essentially running it down lane.

The enemy team was immensely toxic and reported everyone but the Lux. Since this kind of thing has happened before, and as far as I was notified by the recent report popups, Riot has done nothing to the derankers or the people enabling this behavior.

Is there any actual way to remove these people from the game?

After the game report them for assisting enemy team. THat's the best way.

Doesn't matter. Reports don't stack, and false reports are ignored.

Riot has done nothing to the derankers or the people enabling this behavior.

The technology to do that reliably doesn't exist. Eventually the current system will get better but it will take a long time. Reporting people you know without a doubt is trying to lose on purpose will improve the system, and reporting people just having a bad game will actually make it worse.

After checking her OP.gg it seems like she may be deranking. However I don't think she will ever be banned. She consistently contributes to her teams via kill participation. In fact she was 2/13/7 in that game while you were 6/5/1 and only 32% kill participation. She also has enough victories in flex to make it seem like she IS trying occasionally.

No, nothing works when reporting feeders. They basically get to run down mid freely while tilting you.. and if you say anything besides "great job friend! you're doing so well!" then they report you and you get banned while they get off scott-free. I'm actually making an account to test this theory, but the evidence is already in.

If you are sure that she is deranking you can submit a support ticket. A riot support member might view it and help fast track the banning process.
