Told a jungle just to DC at the beginning because (Quinn jg no smite = well you know slow farming) Comes to my lane and farms so I told her to back off and she blames me for not following her around assisting her with her jungle...when I was trying to help adc..

Games happen, you were not punished for a small offence that occurred once or twice. Consistent harassment is why you were punished is my guess

Did you know riot does not actually have to allow you your "freedom" of speech, your right your entitled to your opinion However you are actually whining about what occured to you.

Freedom of speech doesn't apply to privately owned businesses like Riot, nor does it protect you from the consequences of your speech either. From Ulanopo's Knowledge Base:

Doesn't apply. No really. If we're talking about American law, the First Amendment only applies to the government making laws that prohibit speech and, even then, freedom of speech isn't absolute. For example, you can't incite a riot, plan to kill the president or yell fire in a crowded theater.

Also, there's nothing in the First Amendment that protects you from the consequences of your speech. People are fired all the time for making derogatory comments about their employer. My workplace, for example, has a social media policy that says that I can be terminated for badmouthing the company. They don't ask for passwords and access as some companies have been known to do, but it wouldn't be all that difficult to find me on the internet, knowing my real name, phone number and address.

Nothing you say in your chat logs is actually helpful, it's just you constantly harassing Quinn over not taking smite. While her not taking smite is annoying/questionable, the constant harassment, name calling and report calling solves nothing in the grand scheme of things.

In the future if you're gonna try to help someone out, so it without being a negative nancy or a jerk about it. There are plenty of positive and productive ways you can help someone out without resorting to insults and name calling. In this games case you could have helped her out in the jungle a little bit early on so she wouldn't have fallen behind as much as I assume that she did.

Ps you will never get a free pass on your poor behaviour just because others are worse.

Pss and before you say it telling her to DC in this case was poor behavior since you weren't asking or suggesting that she DC so she could fix her summoners issue, but rather telling her to DC by spamming it in the chat at the start of the match.

He was report calling too. :T I mean usually Im not toxic, or say anything online but its dumb when people choose to waste time instead of manning up to their mistakes and take one for the team. Like fuck, if he did that I wouldve honored him at end of game for being a team player and loosing out on what 10LP? Back in my day "competitive games" there was no such thing as toxic behaviour and if there was someone flaming at you, you just ignore them and move on. Nothing like loosing LP for some kids mistake. Why should the team and I waste 20-30 mins of our time for someone mistakes and then loosing LP. Maybe its just me and I have done this in the past. I DC'd and take one for the team when I make a mistake and not take the correct shit so my team dont lose shit. :/ people have no back bones and its sad.

Eh, I dont see what I did wrong so its 14 days with no "real account" Time to level up another account I guess. How naughty of me to help another person out. BAD CANADIAN BAD! How dare I. Idc about the punishment. I have multiple accounts. Im glad what i did and said. Maybe if he doesnt like the heat he should stop playing competitve games. I enjoy the heat of the game. I love when people are flaming it shows they give a shit. :)

Riot believe each users has free will and are not being manipulated into flaming/harassing users. In addition season 1 was far more toxic than it is today. yes it sucks when someone makes a mistake but its not always something to be upset over

if it was yi jg or someone who can jg better I wouldve gave no shits. its Quinn. An adc...and she started dying and askin for help when im lvl 3 to roam with her an help her farm... its common sense. I kinda miss season 1 TBH

Quinn was a top tier jungler for a time. She might not be favored by the meta at the moment (neither is Yi) but she can work. They won their next Quinn jungle game too! Besides this is Bronze-low Silver elo, you can't expect Diamond coordination, awareness, and mechanical skill; you need to set reasonable expectations.

I'm going to be honest- Riot doesn't care about your opinion "leave if you can't take the heat". Most people don't like being flamed, and riot wants to keep most people happy, so they ban for toxicity.

According to them most people reform after one ban, so their system works. Of course there are people like you who don't get that flaming gets you banned.

If it it worth it to flame and have to level up a new account then fine by me. Im telling you that riot banning toxicity is good

They're not you, the game isn't defined as jungle must take smite. There are times when smite isnt taken and people still win. Does it suck someone didn't pick the "meta" role, yes. You knew it happened, you decided that harassing them all game was the correct course of action to resolve the issue. You made the choice to type what was said, regardless of what they did.

Im just saying, worrying is fine, flaming is not

I couldve said alot worst xD but when she was harassing other lanes of feeding thats when i said helped if we had a jungler. Thats all I said. We lost objectives. That lead us to loosing the game. I pointed it out as trolling because multiple people asked if she can dc and instead of owning up to the mistake she rather troll and put everyone behind. Becausr other jungler was faster at clearing. Faster at ganking. Say i did help her out in yhe jungle. That would set my lane behind and me behind. Anyone with a brain knows that. Idc that im "punished" wont stop me from saying whats on my mind. People in this day of age will cry over anything. Therefor am i in the wrong hell fucking no. I believe what i did was the right thing to do and i hope more people be "toxic" to this person till he understands what ges doing wrong. Sometimes you gotta be rough on the kids. Nowadays kids bitch if they get a light slap for acting out an they bitch to child services. Here is no different kids nowdays will cry over anything.
