Justified or injustifed 14 day ban? you decide.

Hi, I'm AlmightyLegendz, currently in silver 2. I can be seen as a quite toxic player, but in a recent game, I ended up getting a 13 day ban. Heres the full backstory. A few days ago i had finally gotten off a 24 game chat restriction. Now, I was toxic to people who were intentionally trolling, so I admit to being toxic, but those who intentionally feed deserve some level of toxicity thrown to them. Now that I had gotten off of this ban, I was careful to watch my mouth. I opened up a game of ranked. I was in my S2 promos to go into S1, and I had lost my first game. I decided to play jax jungle, and just go glass cannon to abuse the enemies lack of peel. Our botlane decides to pick hecarim. Im totally fine with breaking meta, but this man picked hecarim with smite, and said no words ( only words he would say are 2 minutes in after we called him a troll: "You r mom is troll".), while banning our toplanes champion of choice, teemo. Now toplane was pissed, but decided to go ashe adc, and our lux support decided to go toplane. Gp was chilling mid. Hecarim goes to the enemies redbuff, and nearly dies in a 3v1. I tell everyone to relax and let me farm. Eve gets a couple of good ganks, and would end the game with 20 kills nd 0 deaths. Lux was playing aggressive against the akali while losing lane, and rushed morello. With every death, she blamed me for not ganking, not killing akali, and not taking top. I told her to play passive, she didnt do it. I was undeniably behind, and failed nearly all ganks, so i told my team i would afk farm. TLDR, lux was very aggressive, evelyn had full jungle control, so we both fed insanely. We lost. I got banned fo 14 days. I figured that combined with my level 0 honor, past chat restrictions, and bad KDA, an algorhythm auto banned me. I emailed riot about this, and even they admited that I had shown a minimal amount of toxicity, but they couldn't change my punishment. So here I am out of spite and petiness. Was this 14 day ban justified? Mind you: this was a promo game with an undeniable far more toxic lux and a attempt of role-steal hecarim whos only comment was "you r mom is troll". Ill post my chatlog. Please vote and tell me why. thank you.

Yes. You verbally harassed Lux. Keep your mouth shut next time. You are not challenger nor are you a coach. Focus on yourself. This planet doesn't revolve around you.

You're clearly flaming someone in both games, I don't see how you think that blatantly bashing people would not get you reported and subsequently banned.

You were belittling your teammate, harassed them and then went on insulting your team. You are responsible for your own action. What you do and say has an effect on your team, and if you create a negative experience for these players they will report you. What you did was against the everything the Summoner's Code said, which is also against the Code of Conduct. At no point in time are you to harass, insult, flame, or create a negative experience for any player. Especially out of retaliation. What players do in your game doesn't give you the permission to insult nor harass a player. Since the chat restrictions weren't enough for you to fix your attitude, it resulted in a 14-day ban. Remember, a 14-day ban is your last chance to change or it will result in a permaban.

You did nothing but harrass your team and call them bad and bronze and many other things, cursing at them, and the "afk farm" thing doesn't help your case either because that's negative behavior. Combined with previous bans yeah, it's enough to get you a 14 day ban. Just because the rest of the team is acting negative doesn't give you an excuse to do it.

I think Riot went overboard again.........but at the end of the day it was done by a robot so no actual human probably looked at it.

no they don't

they deserve a report if they're doing it on purpose and a sigh if they aren't

if you get off a 25 game chat ban and you do something worthy of punishment, the next step is the 2 week ban. that is how punishments work! even if you do something worthy of 10 game chat restriction, you don't regress to it, you get the next punishment, which is the 2 week ban

if after the two week ban lifts you still don't get it, it's will be time to make a new account
