So, I had an graves on my team who got pissy with me because I didn't follow up a gank, without any warning or indication when I was under my tower and he ganked through the river. He decided it was a good idea to spam missing pings and spammed "moa is alive" or "mao is respawning at this time" over and over, and to my understanding, I cannot mute that. Is that reportable? It's kinda like he knew i muted him, so he's bypassing the mute by spamming that over and over.

Harassment of any kind is reportable. It doesn't seem that ping spams get much love these days but I hope RIOT opens their eyes. Report and move on.

Don't think you could report that via the game reporting system, however Riot should look at examples like this and control the number of times you could repeat-ping something to avoid spams. Also, there are strange people in every community, sometimes ignorance is bliss.
