Duo Bots

I was in champion select today with a friend of mine, and we were the first to call ADC and support. There was another duo that wanted to go bot even though we explained that we got bot first (even another random person, our top laner) backed us up). The other duo threatened to go four bot. Now, I wouldn't get upset over non meta arranges like having two mid, two top, and no jungle, but having four bot seemed just too much. Therefore someone dodged the game and I was wondering if I do have a right to report those two? If they said something earlier like that they would only do bot and not another lane, my partner and I would've gladly gave them the two roles; however, we both already locked in.
