Absolutely out of patience

Every match I am getting absolute trolls, intentional feeders who are admitting to it in game, players troll picking then not leaving spawn for the entire game, and people that just flame everyone and throw then give up.

I've looked up their match histories and they are doing this stuff consistently, I also checked after playing with them and they are still getting into matches.

Riot dumped me in B5 after ending season 5 in silver and going 9-1 in placements, no big deal, I'll climb out right??

Wrong, I've been dumped into playing with absolute poison players and I don't deserve to have to deal with these kinds of matches. And the fact that Riot is doing nothing to deal with these players is too much.
