@Riot This guy is acutally asking to be punished.

I was playing a game and Ashe went support. Twitch didn't question it so we're all cool with it. Ashe and Twitch got a kill bot and everything was still good. Then, Twitch starts dying and Ashe hugs turret so twitch decides to feed every lane with boots of mobility as his only item. He also didn't help nid with leashing so she was behind in the jg. The guy yells "RIOT I AM FEEDING" and it really pisses me off when I report people like this and the crappy report system does jack shit about it. Can something happen to this Twitch, because I know my report is meaningless?
