Got 14 day ban meanwhile the 1000 lag VI is free to play

Just finished a game where our jungler VI was playing like shit and she showed us her ping and it was in the 1000s. Its frustrating trying to play top lane and more if its darius vs vayne. Our fizz was trying to gank my lane but overall the game just came to shit because of the lagging VI and Im now baned for telling VI %%%got and bitch hahaha since when are these so called ''gamers'' so fucking sensetive. Its a fucking ranked game and everyone wants to fucking win and if you come to a game and lag like hell ALL game, not just a few minutes I mean ALL game like this VI of course you are going to get upset, I think riot here is just taking in consideration my words and not the reason why I got upset, to me lagging all game is 1000 times worst than saying %%%got in chat because you ruin 4 peoples game. There is no circumstance in which flaming a person for any reason is allowed. It is against the rules to flame.
There is absolutely no circumstance in which using hate speech is allowed. It should not have to be said that that is against the rules.
You getting punished has nothing to do with other players being sensitive. They felt you were an asshole, reported you, and the IFS agreed, and that's how it works.
You don't know what the situation was with that VI. Maybe their lag was just a one-off thing, maybe they started lagging half-way into the match - who knows? Certainly not you. There's no rules against playing with lag, so unless they left the game or intentionally fed, which the latter sounds horribly unlikely if they were dealing with lag, they're not going to get punished, because they don't deserve to.

Hate speech is either 14 day ban or perma depending on where your account stands. Also everyone at some point has some sort of technology fucking them over.
