Reporting a player (champ select troll)

Hello, i recently hopped into a ranked game and i was hovering Kled.i was third pick so i instabanned fiora because she ccounters kled. Since fiora isnt necessairly over powered and it was ind of a selfish ban, i asked my teammates if the could ban Zac (strong champion atm). <removed by moderation>, my jungler, immedeatly replied with a yes. Our support who seemed to be in a duo with <removed by moderation> started laughing at me and teasing for no reason. i dontt remember what it is that he said but i remember our jungler ban kled and telling me that i better not cry. the support than picked annie, who our mid was hovering. i than had t dodge...

this is a very big issue, we need to be able to report these champion select trols or having somekind of vote to make them dodge.

if a rioter is reading this, i wuld appreciate if the two sumoners i mentionned could be punished.
