Why are the bans so...

im perma banned but a perma ban out of nowhere seems a bit weird why isnt it a perma chat ban or a year no account acces or something permanent for a little profanity seems extremely weird and out of place if i was all chat shouting to everyone about how they suck dick i would understand but just a little profanity because you're angry gets you banned forever? id take the month ban anyday or 2 or 3 but perma ban for just a little profanity? and i already know half the population of this game is gonna be like ''uhh toxic shit u deserve ban cause u toxic REEE!!!'' and shout all you want but its still unfair how you get permanently banned for profanity while people do worse and get away with it none of the chat i used was in all chat or over the top.
