I recently received a 2-week ban. I got the typical email with chat logs from the last game I was reported in, but I wanted to see more. I opened a ticket asking to see additional logs, and was replied to by a player suport specialist giving me tips on how to improve and and reposting the logs I had already seen. I replied, saying that I didn't appreciate the tone in his paragraph on self-improvement and repeated my want to see additional logs. The final reply I received stated that he is just doing his job and since I don't want a discussion about how to improve, he is closing the ticket. I still didn't receive any additional chat logs, so I am posting here repeating my request for additional logs, and if I can not have them, I would like to know why the additional context can not be provided (as I'm sure that this ban did not come from just one game). If anyone had a similar experience, please feel free to contribute. Also, I'm not asking for logs because I think I don't deserve the ban--I know I do. I would just like to have additional context for it.

Just keep emailing them... Sometimes it takes multiple contacts to get a satisfactory result

I know whenever I stab someone I want to see each individual wound to better understand which cutting techniques are most offensive to the person being stabbed so I can more politely stab in the future.

Op-- just post your reform card and then maybe more of us would be willing to back you. If you want to keep it private I respect that, but I feel it's a bit one sided to ask for help on the forum to get more logs w/o posting your 'full' reform card 1st...Thanks. For what it is worth GL !

I'll edit my post with the reform card when I get home, but that's not my point at all. I know I'm toxic and I know I deserve the ban, I just want to see more logs to get a feel for my patterns and fully understand what I'm saying (as often I'm so angry I can't remember what I said after the game).

I think I understand what your saying. Please try to understand what I mean, there are a lot of nice people on here that might be able to help you :) I mean that !

I have said on other threads that I wished that Riot would supply more logs to help certain people who really want it...I said Good Luck in my previous post and I mean that to...I'm off to bed now I read ya in the Am.

What sort of tips did they provide? And what specific behaviors got you banned? I agree that additional logs, if requested, could probably have been provided. But I'm wondering if the advice provided was tailored specifically to your behavior.

From what I have seen they give full logs. Do you mean you didn't get the logs of what other players have said? Or do you mean you didn't get everything you said that game? Again, from what I've seen you get all the logs of your toxic behavior.

I know they have this information available because back during the old tribunal they had chat logs from multiple games. Sounds like a pretty lazy response from Riot. Either that or you pissed him off with your response. If you could post the actual emails that helps.
