Chat logs
I recently received a 2-week ban. I got the typical email with chat logs from the last game I was reported in, but I wanted to see more. I opened a ticket asking to see additional logs, and was replied to by a player suport specialist giving me tips on how to improve and and reposting the logs I had already seen. I replied, saying that I didn't appreciate the tone in his paragraph on self-improvement and repeated my want to see additional logs. The final reply I received stated that he is just doing his job and since I don't want a discussion about how to improve, he is closing the ticket. I still didn't receive any additional chat logs, so I am posting here repeating my request for additional logs, and if I can not have them, I would like to know why the additional context can not be provided (as I'm sure that this ban did not come from just one game). If anyone had a similar experience, please feel free to contribute. Also, I'm not asking for logs because I think I don't deserve the ban--I know I do. I would just like to have additional context for it.
