Need Direct Help

Alright lets get started. Well know this game is full of toxic people. You make a report, the report gets ignored, you move on with life knowing that likely your report meant little to nothing. Perhaps its multiple accounts, perhaps its people not caring if they have to remake an account. Whenever I report I don't know if I made a difference or not, I assume that from the fact I have toxic team mates that are toxic in a variety of ways that people aren't actually being punished.

However there is one thing I'm NOT gonna ignore, and that is racist bullcrap. I need either an email, or a proper ticket of some kind. I need to contact Riot directly, and I will not be supporting this game till I get some resolution on the subject.

Long story short we were having an alright time in game, we get a DC and it becomes a 4v5. Amumu starts harassing us, and after the game taunts us.

Lots of bad mouthing, verbal abuse, taunting, put downs, and name calling. What is the final straw? Racism.

Amumu: We got the W. Amumu: u got the big fat N**** L.

It should also be noted that Nautilus was his duo partner and was probably saying other things too but I was focused on the Amumu.

In the end game screen I also managed to catch Nautilus saying "Hold this L" "Hold the L".

So yeah. Sick of spending and time on a game that literally is a harassment simulator.

I want some justice, I want to know that there is some caring. Or at least the knowledge that Riot is complacent in casual racism.

Not a social justice warrior, but I'm sick of every three games seeing racial slurs or worse.

What is the best approach I can take? I reported the Amumu at the end game screen but I know that won't be enough, I know that it won't do a damn thing. I need a riot employee.
