Can we make the honor system tied to key fragments?
Right now the most you can get from the honors system (the end of game option to give people honorable opponent) is a ribbon on your border portrait in the loading game screen. That's fine and all, but it also takes a huge amount of honors to gain one and it's not really something that people go out of their way to earn.
My suggestion, in short, is to increase the possibility of key fragments based on whether you get any honors at end of game. So, for example, it might go up by a higher percentage if one of your opponents actually gives you an "honorable opponent" at the end game screen. If that is not possible it could also work towards the next time a key fragment would drop if someone gets that S grade on your team. This would encourage people towards positive behaviors for the actual rewards it is giving vs. supposed punishments that removes possibilities for rewards most people didn't even know they were eligible for getting.
This could help with better behavior as it = more rewards = positive reinforcement and to entice people to be more positive in games.
