For real tho how u get it.. I swear i get honored soo many times never been punished only thing is that i dont grind a ton of games.

Just keep playing and being a good sport. Some people have gotten honor 3 recently, so it's just a matter of time. There's no special trick to getting it.
How many games have you played? I got it in 97. From what I understand that's somewhat low spectrum
