is the tribunal coming back? at all?

i feel there are a lot of things an automated system just can't pick up. in a many of my games people are starting a new form of afk, after ff fail, where these new afker would be in the game farming minion but they wouldn't do anything to help the team even when it is 4v5 defending inhibitor with tower. they would cease all activity that would help the team, some time they even go for a pick or tower when enemy team is low hp from a team fight, and do something that seem like split pushing but realistically would never push fast enough and what they are really trying to do is to lose the game asap.

i am sure we all ran in to those guys by this point.

and then they also other incident that is harder to describe.

Nope, it was slow, and IIRC it never dealt with the cases you described. Only toxicity in chat.

nope. i somewhere read like 2 years ago that famous youtubers (cough videogaydunkey) abused the system. basically when someone found their report case they shared it and all the fankids voted "no" on punishement.

yeah that is the point there are many thing an automated system can't pick up but need to be addressed, tribunal is the only way

Tribunal would be great, but I think it's too inconsistent (save for hate speech). And with the number of offenses, there'd be a large time between offense and punishment and a decreased chance of reform due to that time.

My theory on Tribunal was that they ran an AI beside it, and tuned it until it reached similar conclusions without false positives. With the AI sufficiently trained now, they don't need us to help.

They don't do the cases you suggest. Afk system handles that or feeder buster which is getting an upgrade.

I wish it would come back, but I think Riot has said at some point that it isn't coming back. They think their automated system works well enough for them to not bother with it.
