Even the Playing Field

If people are going to take suspensions and perma-bans for saying some curse words and getting in arguments, there also needs to be an equal and as easily scaleable punishment for going afk and intentionally trolling or disruptive team play. I might as well just go afk in every norm game now as soon as one lane gets fed the risk is a lot less than trying to reason with people.

How can Riot expect people to reach level 30 and start playing more serious games when grinding norm games is chalk full of things like 0-10 2vs1 bot lanes 15 min in, no jungle, or an 0-4 jungle trying to CS when they push nexus, fighting over roles, ect. IT IS CANCER. Either take away blind pick completely, make it easier to acquire champions(essence which...you realistically don't even need 20 champs. You need to be good at 2 and decent at 2 others in the rare event both are banned) so you can at least play draft where people are more consistently competent of their roles.

Of course people are going to get emotional and tilt after going through SEVERAL CONSECUTIVE HOURS of playing these colossal waste of time games where everyone is completely unwilling to listen to simple pings or instructions and start getting upset with you after trying to simply tell them to listen. These peoples egos cause them to react defensively and intentionally spite you by starting to feed, purposefully mispositioning, or taking your cs only escalating the situation. These aren't one off situations, this is very realistically like 20-30% of the time. You really do have to tell people what to do in low-elo in order to win, they in general have no idea once it hits mid game. Seriously, when people listen to someone, doesn't even have to be me, just SOMEONE, the team works together and its more enjoyable and a lot more competitive and usually works out well.

And trust me, i have real life experience to draw upon. Im a successful regional manager of marketing and sales operations. Real life principles and teamwork don't seem to work in this game, which is a very alarming sign. Most of the time, nobody wants to listen to even the slightest bit of constructive criticism because they think they are always right and it just ends up being a shitshow and everyone just cries and cries and says "stfu leave me alone" and reports its a just a CRUTCH. Is it really more toxic to try and get people to listen than going afk or trolling yourself to end game faster? I don't think so, the latter actually influences the game itself, while the former only affects crybabies who have thin skin. Where is the fun in that?

Seriously the only bans that should ever happen for these type of confrontations are chat bans. Go to 100 game chat bans if you have to. And chat bans should only be for excessive cursing, not for simply arguing...thats seriously some crybaby stuff get over yourself, christ we are creating such a coddled society(exceptions obviously being threating violence, or racism which both have no excuse for). Only suspensions and perma-bans should be for actually CHANGING the game, there is a mute button if you get too offended, you wuss. That means, feeding, afk, intentionally disrupting team play which I see all the time going unpunished. I mean what is the alternative for people like me? Just mute all and continue playing a game where you are destined to lose? There is literally no incentive for that at all. I have never heard of anyone ever enjoying playing a video game they know they will lose at, the point is to win, that is all. This is an intense and competitive game that is a time investment for every match, some people need to be a little more fireproof, swallow their pride, and stop giving up and reverting to report and crying and just play team ball. Seriously, from a business perspective you are cutting people off because its beyond overbearing to have to deal with these types of people every game and not have the ability to get in their face over it. The reason you need 20 champs is because let's say you're last pick. 10 bans, and 9 other picks before you. You have to have a champion to play.

Could you try to break up the wall of text? It would be easier to read and more posters will be willing to read threw all of this.

Just a suggestion.
