No rewards for good behavior this year?

So it's a new year and a new ranked season. Is Riot not going to give everyone who had good behavior the previous year a free skin again? If not, that really sucks and I've really been bottling in my rage against other toxic, troll, and retard douchebags. I guess the incentive is: you get to keep playing and not get banned rather than a free skin. Which is a garbage viewpoint. Alternatively, there could be a plan in place, I don't remember when they handed em' out last year. Tell me what you think.
