No rewards for good behavior this year?

So it's a new year and a new ranked season. Is Riot not going to give everyone who had good behavior the previous year a free skin again? If not, that really sucks and I've really been bottling in my rage against other toxic, troll, and retard douchebags. I guess the incentive is: you get to keep playing and not get banned rather than a free skin. Which is a garbage viewpoint. Alternatively, there could be a plan in place, I don't remember when they handed em' out last year. Tell me what you think.

I think you should learn to control your rage to better the gaming experience rather than for a free skin.

And yes, I don't know what happened to that plan. I think Riot figured the loss of Ranked Rewards for toxic players was enough. I wouldn't mind an IP boost or 200 RP or something though =P

That's kinda juvenile and rude to get pissy and indignant when you aren't given a gift by someone. You don't just walk up to someone on a Christmas or any other holiday and say "I was good this year, where's my present for being good?" So tasteless. That spoiled brat attitude is a strong reason for Riot or anyone to stop being generous.

Firstly I was not complaining I did not receive anything, the point of the post was do ask if no incentive was being given this year. For once, it was a very unique thing that no other game has done to promote good behavior. In real life, people believe in karma so you go give that argument to them.

They do those rewards randomly SPECIFICALLY so people have to behave year-round to get their stuff.

I haven't heard anything about them.

TBH I never liked them anyway. They weren't rewards for good behavior. They were rewards for neutral behavior. Realistically even worse, they were for not being bad enough to get punished. I don't think I deserve a reward for simply not calling someone an asshole. I would be all for rewards if they actually were doing something to identify people who are actively positive though.

i was wondering about this as well i really liked that riot gave a random free skin last season. obvious they don't have to give free skins if they don't want to, but i thought i was a really good idea for providing incentives for good behavior. since season 5 ended it really seems like the community has gotten more toxic. i have received more notifications for a player being punished on both my smurf and my main accounts separately in the last month than the entire season 5 combined. i don't think that no free skins is the entire reason for this, but i think rewarding positive players would definitely help whether its a free skin, a bit of rp, or something else.
