Riot admitted to inappropriately suspending my account.

I was in my first game of the day 6 days ago and as soon as the game ended the client crashed I wasn't able to log back in and instead got a notice saying my account was suspended until October 13th. I checked the email associated with the account and there were no details on the suspension.

I have never been chat restricted or been reported for inappropriate behavior because I am a pretty quiet player, I have no apps on my computer that would be detected as 3rd party software and I never have anything besides chrome running when I play, I checked their repayment portal site and I have no outstanding payments that need to be taken care of.

They have not answered me on the boards, it has been 7 days since I sent in my support ticket and no response, and they constantly remove my posts on the boards.

Are they basically admitting to wrongfully suspending me?
