I got suspended for 2 weeks and I did not receive a warning or any information in the email about what happen. I am really starting to get upset considering it has been 6 days since I sent my support ticket in. I am a pretty quiet player and haven't ever done anything wrong on the account. I have no applications installed or running while playing League so it couldn't have been for third party programs. I literally got suspended for no reason and they won't respond to me through support and the keep deleting my posts.

What is going on?

I had the same issue but I just received an email today stating that my account was banned for a $5 chargeback. Go to repay.leagueoflegends.com and log in and see if you have an amount to pay. Although the site is down for me right now so I can't pay my amount but check once it's back up.

Edit: I went 5 days without knowing why I was banned for 2 weeks till I got the email today and I also put in a support ticket that never got answered.

You will be banned for no reason at all. Riot does not care about you or what others say to you. They have clearly proven this throughout the way they have handled the reporting system in the past 18 months. Guess having a bot that bans you for saying the words Fuck, shit, piss, bitch, (words that riot thinks is worse than killing someone F***** and N***** Wonder what i'm censoring) wasnt injustice enough, they had to go ahead and brainwash the community to think that saying one of these is toxic. Just uninstall. This game is nothing but a waste of time and money. I would recommend playing a group game with friends. You will have a lot more fun. I recommend something like borderlands, don't starve, terraria, and even minecraft (yes i know). those games will not stress and rage induce you to the point where you want to rip someones throat out.
