Just got suspended for 2 weeks for no reason?

I was in a game and after it ended my client crashed and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying I was suspended until October 13th. There are no details of the suspension in the email either it just said I violated the terms, but I didn't do anything wrong.

It was my first game of the day also, everything was fine last night and I was able to play on my account.

What is going on?

Can you post the whole date tag line? The year acts as a code designating what the punishment is for

If there is no conclusive information from the e-mail or client, then my guess is that the ban is a result of a manual review of the account, though to me it's weird that the e-mail doesn't say what it's for.

If you want more information, then I'd recommend contacting Player Support through a support ticket. Unfortunately, that's really all the information I can offer.
