I was in a game and after it ended my client crashed and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying I was suspended until October 13th. There are no details of the suspension in the email either it just said I violated the terms, but I didn't do anything wrong.
It was my first game of the day also, everything was fine last night and I was able to play on my account.
What is going on?

GaleWinUnleashed2 votesDefinitely send a support ticket and ask for more details. Don't be a jerk about it (doesn't seem to be much risk of that) and you should be able to get a better idea of what actually caused the suspension.
Zombiemaster2 votesIf there is no conclusive information from the e-mail or client, then my guess is that the ban is a result of a manual review of the account, though to me it's weird that the e-mail doesn't say what it's for.
If you want more information, then I'd recommend contacting Player Support through a support ticket. Unfortunately, that's really all the information I can offer.
