Suspended for 2 weeks. No reason/No response.

This is incredibly frustrating. I was in my first game of the day yesterday and after the game was finished my client exited and said I was suspended until October 13th and I should check the email. The email has no info on the suspension. I never did anything wrong on the account, I am a pretty quiet player and I never got a warning or anything. I have tried posting on the boards and emailing support, but can't get a response about what happen anywhere.

This is the message I got:

Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Thu Oct 13 20:52:28 UTC 2016

I'm not sure but seems like a 3rd party program or something like it.

Advice:

If you contact support--

Be precise and polite (can't hurt)

Don't bump ticket

Please, when and if you contact Riot please tag me so I may see what they had to say. gl

Why don't you start your own thread and tell us about it? Yours seems a bit different, so when you start that thread feel free to tag me also so I may read your logs K?

Maybe someone can help ! Right now to ME ! It looks like a different situation.

I'd like an answer to this as well. I got the same message and the worst things I've said in chat were "please don't feed" at the start of a game and "maybe you shouldn't 1v5 next time". Also, I only got chat restricted one time and that was over a year ago. If people are that insecure about their skill in a free to play game, there's always the mute button. Good job Riot, next time I play I'll make sure not to say "gg" in all-chat after a win so enemies don't rage permaban me.

since Nerak23 thought it was for third party use.

I was taking it easy on them! I realize that a 14 day ban doesn't come from a 3rd party program use. I was giving some room for the OP to talk about it.

I'm surprised you think I'm that stupid. And as far as I know, there may very well be lesser bans for things that are Not Talked about on the Boards from Riot.

See Man, what ever the reason a random person gets punished is up to Riot. But...You know what :) to tired to address it.

Still no response from player support. Not sure their turnaround time, but I am impatiently waiting. I want to play.
