Reporting still matters

I had a game yesterday, where a player got adc and didn't communicate in pregame chat. (Normal Draft) Everyone was being nice, and our jungler chose Olaf. The player who didn't talk chose what we thought was Nidalee adc, but she took smite. In game she immediately says "Report Olaf. Stealing jungle" and intentionally freeds, runs down our lanes, each time saying "wow so close" Idk who it was, but someone said "9x report" right before the game ended. While you shouldn't say it, I believe that it is completely justified to remind the other players. While in my next lobby, I get a notification that she was punished.

TLDR: The reporting system still works.
