So You Get Permanently BANNED for Saying 'Noob' and/or 'Toxic'?

So my account that was worth ~$1700 including its rank, Diamond 5, (yes I know you don't care how much money and time I put into this game, because you're selfish) just got permanently banned for a game where I said "noob" and "toxic". Riot claims that my chat logs were "egregiously negative" and "extremely inflammatory AND offensive." So apparently calling someone 'a person who is new and inexperienced with an activity' and 'constantly sending messages that are impolite and offensive to me' is "EGREGIOUSLY NEGATIVE AND EXTREMELY INFLAMMATORY AND VERY OFFENSIVE", and worthy OF A PERMANENT BAN. I never once used words considered racist or homophobic, nor did I wish ill upon or insult anyone. In case you were wondering, I was completely reformed for an entire month and all the games before this. I was a positive player and tried my hardest to cooperate with and teach my teammates... And then I got permanently suspended for using the words "noob" and "toxic" in a game where I was constantly harassed by my team for having a bad game... Also, Riot failed to email me explaining why I was punished as they always do, so I'd like for that to happen. Chat logs are in the comments, now (edit) I would also like someone from Riot to explain why I was permanently banned using my logs from different recent games and this one.

You were not perma banned for saying noob.

You were penalized because you have a long history of harassment without any change in your behavior after numerous penalties.

You have had 2 10-game chat restrictions, a 25-game chat restriction, and a 14-day ban before your perma. Since you have so many recent punishments, your next penalty was escalated to a perma-ban.

i read the chat logs and you were pretty toxic if you did receive a ban a month ago you should not talk in chat unless for calls baron or drag and to compliment people and to tell if sums are down p.s the jg didn't gank for you because he was busy or you were beyond helping (witch you were) you may disagree but only you can get you banned not riots system.

This the key part of what your situation.

You were punished before, likely going through the 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, and 14 day ban before trying to shape up. It's estimated that about 3 months of good behavior are needed to drop a punishment tier, so it looks like you had about 2 more months to have been considered truely changed.

I doubt that "noob" and "toxic" alone were what caused you to get permabanned, and that the 3 games with chat logs probably shows more. Yeah, it sucks, but if you'd started trying harder to change at the 25 game chat restriction it might have been avoidable.

It's not like you didn't know chat like that could get you permabanned. You made your own bed, dear stranger.

so it seems stupid to me all the people who use how much money they spent on their account as part of their post about why they shouldn't be perma banned.

If you wanted to actually protect the amount of money you put into something, shouldn't you not want to do something that would make you lose said money? you know like not breaking the rules?

From your chat log plus your game history, I'd hedge a guess that you going 0/10 and even stating in chat that you are playing aggro to the point you kept dying was part of it. You can't bully your team into surrendering either which you obviously were doing.

It was far more than the two terms you stated. Better luck on the next account. Hopefully you won't repeat the same mistakes.

Have you received a 14 day ban recently? If so, then it is standard to receive a permanent ban afterwards. Permanent bans are not just based on severity, they are also based on frequency. You can be permanently banned for minor infractions if you do them over and over again, that's how the system currently works.
