Title says it all ... I cannot seem to play a normal game without being in the worst possible game environment imaginable. 11/15 normal's has been like this. I understand that its normal's but when I am just trying to farm up for some IP or do my 1st win bonus ... This is not what I should be dealing with.

Cant you just make normal's mmr based ? so that I stop playing with mentally challenged children ? sorry to sound mean but I am quite frustrated and tired of this being commonplace in my games despite me not being toxic myself I have no warning on me for being toxic ... yet every NORMAL game I enter is just full of this crap.

If you are not willing to change normal's why not just turn the 1st win of the day into a login bonus ... so I do not have to deal with that just to get my IP bonus.

4 Mins into my post I got a warning stating that someone I reported got in trouble but that's one person out of 4. Every single one of them was 0-7 or higher. The only reason two of them even have a single kill is simply because base laser helped them get the kills. or they would all be 0-7 +.

At what point is enough .... enough ? at what point is my games going to stop being a cesspool of humanity that simply suck every inch of enjoyment out of this game and make me want to just quit playing ?

When can I just play with some decent players who actually try to win a game so I can simply get my IP and be done with it ? How am I supposed to gain Key Frags or Boxes ? without playing ranked like this ? it is literally impossible.

I am glad that you keep normal's around so these individuals are not in ranked play doing this ... but why do you leave them there and let them do it ? reform or remove them from the game permanently. I doubt this was their first time doing what they did.

I am writing this knowing full well I will not get a response from you as I haven't for well over a year over this kind of situation ... but I will continue to try in vain ..... because if something did get done that would be great.

Well off to your never ending land of pure hell because its the only way of farming IP without playing ranked play. I am sure I will have another story to tell in about 30 mins.

Looks to me like a hyper mobile jungle and top got ahead a bit, then started to to use that advantage to bully the map. Combine that with a very safe and strong meta botlane that can hardpush any advantage without giving anything away and you have a very difficult game to get back on top of. Happens.

Normals do have an mmr system, yours is just very low.

The point at which it becomes inting is when they have the intention of doing it. That is why it is called "intentional feeding".

we really can't tell if they are inting with just that screen shot alone.

You may feel that the behavioral system isn't doing anything, when in fact it does. It just does a horrible job in letting you know it exsist.

You'll only get a punishment notification if the game you reported them in was the game that punished them. If they get punished in the next game, you'll never know.

Also, play bots if you want IP. you get to play more games with a shorter period of time and pretty much a guaranteed win.

hypothetical situation:

you win ur lane hard ... i mean like 6 0
-your mid laner is losing hard and not getting any minions or xp that is how far behind the tower he just afkes at a point ... -you come from top and kil the enemy he feed (he dosen`t manage to get assist that is how far behind he was) (the enemy is fizz the aly is annie [we all know how easy it is to farm with annie] and this was b4 her range got nerfed ... so a while ago) -you come again and not only kill him but this time push tower down with the help of the jungler (annie is like 3 lvls behind of the whole team support has higher lvl ...) -the whole time u and the whole team begs her just to farm and when team-fights start just stunn with bear that is all we wanted

seeing that she receives attention annie starts to go to other lanes and feed (don`t know if it was intentional)
we realize that there is no wining this game, and that asking nicely dosen`t solve anything so we start "asking harder" -she replies that we are noob and wants surrender (so she demonstrates she understands english and refused to listen earlyer) -every1 in the team "asked harder" after we concluded she was going to lose us the game ...
gues what ? after the game I received a warning .... because of your negative attitude .... u know it the one u get when som1 reports u

I would propose a solution ... and I think this will improve not only the community but overall fairness in the game :

make it posible to report som1 in game 1.1. when som1 receives 5 reports in a game have the Game Master join that game and see for himself or 1.2. quantify the reports he received and make them available to the player ... valid one should be like strikes ...3 strikes ur punished in some way related to ur crime

Honestly, more of them need to be in normals so I don't have to play ranked with them. That being said, I do think everyone should be allowed to play normals becuase that's where you try things for the first time without losing any lp. When I play normals and have feeding teammates, I start playing around with the enemy if my team is cool with it. Like juking or running around the jungle having 4 people chasing me only to flash backwards into a bush and recall. Make the most of your situation. If your team is seriously just doing bad, obviously keep trying but if they're trolling, join 'em. Don't let trolls ruin a normals game for you.
