why leave a team builder?

now this does not apply to those who have a real time issue example i have to be heading out the door in 25 mins and other thing like this.

no what i mean are the people that are like "hmm team incomplete lets just hit the find another team button" why? or the "team is complete but i dont like this one champ well instead of voicing my opinion ill just leave b/c that wont piss off anyone" why? why would you leave a team builder

edit: ok so what im getting out of this is that there is not a single person here who wants to change this fine be the assholes be the people that should go to hell be the people that.... you know what you get the point im done here ftw bye

sometimes you dont like comp such as you pick yasuo and no one of the team has a knock up but you and you think it might be better to join another team and not potentially feed because of the lack of synergy. I do get your complaints about how some people see one missing person and leave.

Heal/Smite Amumu would make me click Find Another Group too.
