now this does not apply to those who have a real time issue example i have to be heading out the door in 25 mins and other thing like this.

no what i mean are the people that are like "hmm team incomplete lets just hit the find another team button" why? or the "team is complete but i dont like this one champ well instead of voicing my opinion ill just leave b/c that wont piss off anyone" why? why would you leave a team builder

edit: ok so what im getting out of this is that there is not a single person here who wants to change this fine be the assholes be the people that should go to hell be the people that.... you know what you get the point im done here ftw bye

que time for supports in team builder is almost non existent. If you are support with a comp that you personally don't like, you don't have to wait forever to find another group.

sometimes you dont like comp such as you pick yasuo and no one of the team has a knock up but you and you think it might be better to join another team and not potentially feed because of the lack of synergy. I do get your complaints about how some people see one missing person and leave.

then build the team to what you want if you want that kind of synergy dont go solo expecting the world to bow to you. you could be the last guy we need so plz stay if we accecpt you.

They aren't expecting everyone to bow down to them, they are just leaving a team they don't want to be a part of. This is a big part of why team builder exists. You are right that it would be better for picky people to form their own group but they aren't required to do so, and realistically that could be way to many group leaders which would mess up queues anyway.

you act like the world needs to bow down to you saying "if we accept you" meaning you pick who you want many people just kick me because im taric or galio for no reason even if i go solo the owners want the world to bow to them.

wait, wait, wait. You're saying that if someone gets matched with you and you accept them they are automatically bonded to you. So the person that queues with you gets no say in what kind of teammates he wants to work with. Scale seems a bit tilted.
