It's simple. I forget to ward. I'm always forgetting to use actives. Only thing I can remember is qwer.

you say: "they are toxic AND they don't ward." I say " they are toxic BECAUSE they don't ward"
people who never ward don't get why they always have a "better" enemy team, they start flaming and raging. If they would ward, they would die less and therefore be less toxic. My hypothesis is: they never ward, which leads for a big part to their toxicity.
